Lawrence F. Peskin has a broad range of litigation experience, including class actions, commercial litigation, employment litigation and medical malpractice. Dr. Peskin entered law school after working for more than ten years as a clinical psychologist.  During his career as a psychologist, Dr. Peskin worked primarily in hospitals and rehabilitation settings.  His psychological practice focused on working with clients with significant disabilities, with an emphasis on chronic pain management.

In his second career as an attorney, he has tried or resolved numerous medical malpractice cases.  As an attorney, Dr. Peskin applies the knowledge and experience he gained in his first career to the litigation process. He has a special interest in the use of technology in the courtroom and the use of psychological theory and practice as an adjunct to the art of persuasion.  Dr. Peskin has had a number of seven-figure verdicts and settlements

Dr. Peskin is admitted to practice before all of the courts in Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.  He is an active member of the American Association for Justice and Ohio Association for Justice.
